Leah Vogel-Hahn was a native Oregonian born in Portland on 5/16/1916 and passed away 7/11 2019 at the young age of 103. The second youngest of six siblings born to Christina and Jacob Vogel.
She married John Hahn in June of 1934 and was married to him for over 50 years.
She attended Commerce Cleveland High School for two years before being needed to help support the family. She worked at the American Can Company and Kaiser Shipyards during the War. She was one of the elite woman known as “Rosie the Riveter”.
Leah loved downhill skiing which she did until she was almost 80. She enjoyed traveling, ballroom dancing, reading, gardening, golf, and loved animals.
On her 100th birthday, she was honored by Commerce Cleveland High School which was celebrating their 100th year anniversary and commemorated the event by giving her an honorary diploma. (See Link below)

She is survived by her son Rick Hahn and daughter Becky Monteith.
Interment at Willamette National Cemetery.
