Marcia T. (Tamiesie) Heitkemper

Marcia Tamiesie Heitkemper passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on August 5, 2025. Born and raised in Portland, she graduated from Holy Child and the University of Oregon. She married her childhood friend, Peter Heitkemper, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She found great joy in the game of bridge, both as a Life Master and as a devoted teacher, sharing her passion and skill with countless friends.

Marcia was preceded in death by her husband, Peter, and sister, Carolyn Spencer. She is survived by her children, Tory Shoff (Tom Davis), Heidi Wilcox (Jim), Peter Heitkemper Jr. (Mary); and grandchildren Michael, Terese, Matt, Jimmy, Annie, Katie, Maddie, and Peter; and 7 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 13 at 11:30 at St. Thomas More Church, 3525 SW Patton Rd, Portland, OR 97221
