Michelle Flint

Michelle lived her life to the fullest, and her greatest joy was her family. Michelle was an avid animal lover who supported various animal shelters and charities. She also provided a warm home and safe haven to many animals in need. She was loved dearly by all her pets.

Michelle followed in her father’s footsteps by pursuing a career as a Longshoreman in 1992. She was extremely proud of her work and the ILWU family. She retired after completing more than 20 years of service on the docks.

Michelle had a great passion and talent for quilting. Her creativity and artistic eye were evident in the work she produced at the sewing machine. During her retirement, she spent much of her time with “The Bee Hive,” a group of her closest friends, crafting new projects.

Michelle’s infectious laugh, smile, presence, and unwavering love left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Gerald “Jerry” Flint, & brother Gerald “Jerry” Flint Jr. She is survived by her mother, Renee Flint, brother, David Flint, sister-in-law, Naomi Flint, nephew, Austen Flint, niece-in-law, Kayleigh Flint, great-niece, Clare Flint, and uncle, Laird Sutton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Clatskanie Feral Cat Project & Kitten Rescue or to an animal rescue organization of your choice.
