“Wally”

Walter August Choruby succumbed to cancer on June 9, 2022.  Wally was one of God's greatest creations. He was born to Walter L. Choruby and Anna M. Choruby, and raised in SW Portland, in Multnomah Village.

Wally loved his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren with a passion. He also loved dogs, playing pool, and dancing. He was a very charitable man, giving to several causes monthly. Wally always loved a good cocktail.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Parish, 790 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, OR, on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 11AM. A Reception at Our Lady of the Lake will follow the Mass. A Graveside Committal will be held following the reception at Sacred Heart Cemetery, 17201 Stafford Road, Lake Oswego, OR.
